The Malik Operations Room is a ‘decision-making environment’ for the management of complex systems. Equipped with management solutions, it provides all KPIs strategically, operatively and in real time for accurate assessment of the situation. Through intuitive simulation software, the Operations Room allows the management team to systematically get to grips with possible future developments, develop action strategies and simulate scenarios. Decisions made are immediately anchored in the organisational structure and can be tracked.
