Torsten Mayer is Managing Director of Fair Isaac Germany GmbH. Prior to the acquisition of TONBELLER AG by Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) Torsten Mayer was Executive Board member of TONBELLER for 14 years. Mayer joined TONBELLER in 2000 as Director Sales & Marketing. Before that, he was Key Account Manager and Branch Office Manager at Compaq and held a sales position at Nixdorf.

 

 

 

 

Dr Sebastian Hetzler - Executive Board

Dr Sebastian Hetzler

Dr. Sebastian Hetzler is Managing Director of Fair Isaac Germany GmbH. Prior to the acquisition of TONBELLER AG by Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) Dr. Sebastian Hetzler was Executive Board member of TONBELLER for 7 years. He joined the managing board already in 2007 and was Director of the Management Solutions business division. Dr Hetzler was a long-standing consultant and trainer at the renowned Malik Management Center in St. Gallen where he did intensive theoretical and practical research on the successful management of complexity. He also was member of the key-account management team at Siemens AG.

Dr Ralf Hundhammer - Member of the managing board

Dr Ralf Hundhammer

As member of the management team Dr. Ralf Hundhammer has been accompanying the organization since 2010. He is in charge of Research & Development. The mathematician started his career at the company in 2003 as a consultant and held several leading positions in the development department, for instance as CTO and director of compliance solutions development. Prior to that, Hundhammer was engaged in science and research activities at the university where he accompanied international research projects on real-time optimization.

Dirk Findeisen has been member of the management team since 2012. He is the head of Consulting & Academy. After studying business administration, he started his professional career as analyst for data warehouses (DWH), business intelligence (BI), and knowledge management (KM) at Institut für Managementinformationssysteme e. V. (IMIS). Dirk Findeisen held several managing positions at software providers and consulting agencies. He teaches fraud management at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He is a member of the managing board of IMIS and author of numerous publications on analytics, DWH, BI, and GRC.

Frank Holzenthal - Member of the managing board

Frank Holzenthal

Frank Holzenthal has been member of the management team since 2013. He is the head of Presales & Marketing. His career at the company started as early as 2001 with a team leading position in the development department. In 2003, Holzenthal became head of product management and played a decisive role in the further development of our customer-oriented software applications for financial institutions and insurance companies. Before that, the computer scientist was IT consultant at Landesbank Rheinland-Pfalz and later held several positions as product and presales manager in the financial IT industry.

Jürgen Krieg has been member of the managing team since 2015. He is the head of National and International Sales and Channel Operations. Jürgen Krieg only started at the company as International Sales Manager in 2014. He holds an MBA degree in business administration from the University of Reading (UK), is a trained bank clerk, and has years of experience in banking IT sales. His career started at the savings banks, followed by positions as Business Development and Account Manager at FIS KORDOBA. His last position was at TEMENOS, where he managed the sales activities in the German-speaking countries, before assuming responsibility for customer acquisition in Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS market.
